Strategy Development Executive
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and internal capabilities to support the development of strategic initiatives.
- Support the development of comprehensive sustainability and business strategic plans that outline the strategic direction, goals, and action steps for the organization.
- Collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, operations, finance, and human resources, to gather input and the implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Understand and identify the key challenges of the organization and propose the new idea for further improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the development of implementation plans, timelines, and performance metrics. Monitor progress, collect data, and assist in evaluating results.
- Assist in corporate communication related tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year related working experience.
- Willing to learn analytical skill and conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.
- Possess good communication (both written and spoken) and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build effective relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software and tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Senior Marketing Specialist / Marketing Team Lead
- Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, including setting performance expectations, assigning task and reporting to manager.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plan to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and push for conversions.
- Align marketing strategies with the business ultimate goals.
- Analyses data, insights, consumer trends and market analysis associated with the best practices in the industry to optimize marketing strategies effectiveness.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, email, events and content marketing.
- Drive and monitor the annual marketing communications plan and budget management.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts. Generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, product and leadership, to gather input, provide update and ensure marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 year related working experience.
- Proven experience in marketing, including campaign management, content development and brand management
- Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability analyze data insights to evaluate industry trends or issues and identify appropriate solution.

Project Manager
- Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects.
- Assemble, coordinate project staff and provide direction and support to project team.
- Delegate task and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Manage project resource allocation.
- Plan and schedule project timelines.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to management.
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output.
- Identify and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposal, requirements documentation and presentations.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team analyses results and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes.
- Monitor construction project to ensure that procedures, material and equipment comply with approved project plans, specifications and samples, owner standard and quality.
- Develop a cost-effective plan and detailed work scheduled for completion of project following logical pattern for utilization of resources.
- Ad hoc assignments assigned.

- Candidate must possess at lease Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate / Professional Degree or equivalent.
- At Least 3 – 5 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skills: Project Management, Coordination, and Supervisory Skills.
- Must be willing to travel to project sites as when required within Malaysia
- Able to work independently and meet deadline
